Terms and conditions
Last updated 14 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.
Who you are contracting with
Fluffee Company Canada, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, 240 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1V6, Canada. Email theteam@fluffee.net.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. The checkout shows the full total, including any express shipping you choose, before you pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our card checkout, and PayPal. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and never reach this website. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
We try to keep every price and description correct. If an obvious error means a price is plainly wrong, we will tell you before we ship and you can confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
When the contract forms
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you the order confirmation, which sets out what you bought, the total and the delivery details. We may decline an order, and if we do we refund what you paid in full.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is set out on the shipping page and returns on the refunds and returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Using this website
The text, photographs and design on this site are ours and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy them for another business, and do not upload anything harmful, unlawful or infringing.
You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory to order. Below that age, order through a parent or guardian.
Our liability
Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection law of your province or territory or under the federal Competition Act. Those apply to a consumer purchase and cannot be waived.
Beyond that, and where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We can change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living in another province or territory, you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
