Track your parcel
Where your tracking number comes from
We email it as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, in a "your order has now been shipped" email. That is after the 24 to 48 hour handling time, not at the moment you order, and we only receive the code once the parcel has actually been sent, so there is nothing to ask for before then.
If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first. It comes from the same address as your order confirmation.
Which courier to track it with
Depending on where it is going, your parcel travels with Canada Post, FedEx, UPS or DHL. The email tells you which one, and the number goes into that courier's own tracking page.
More than one number
Items in the same order can be sent in separate packages for logistical reasons. Two tracking numbers is normal rather than a mistake, and it is worth checking whether part of the order has already landed before reporting anything missing.
If the tracking has not moved
Give it one business day. If it still has not moved, or the courier says delivered and it is not on your doorstep, email theteam@fluffee.net with your order number and we will chase it. An order that never arrives is ours to put right, and the shipping page explains your options if delivery runs well past the date we gave you.
